Who we are

This website belongs to DMNSN, a digital agency. For anything about your data, write to hello@dmnsn.co.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the enquiry form or by email: your name, your email address, the service you picked, your current website if you add it, and your message.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not send newsletters, we never sell your details or give them to anyone for their own purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

The form sends your message by email to our inbox. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and our email runs on Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Gmail, which process the data for us. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses. Server logs with your IP address are kept by Cloudflare for security for a short time. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless they become part of a contract.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers or advertising tools. The site stores nothing in your browser. The language comes from the address: dmnsn.co for Bulgarian, dmnsn.co/en/ for English.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, limit how we use it, or object to it, by writing to hello@dmnsn.co. You can also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, cpdp.bg).
